Fermented Red Onion Water

How - To Ferment
Clean Onions thoroughly
Chop into any size pieces - personal preference.
Place into an airtight vessel - I use mason Jars.
Add Himilayan Pink Salt
Allow vessel to sit & ferment at room temp for a at least a week. You may. then continue to keep it at room temp, or I put it in the fridge! I feel it holds a little better, for longer.
Transferring to a new container is also an option.
